No promises regarding employment have been made to me, and I understand that no such promise or guarantee is binding upon Olga's Bakery & Cafe if employed, I understand that I have a right to terminate my employment at any time with or without cause and that my employed, Olga's Bakery & Cafe retains a similar right and that my employer's policies and/or handbooks do not constitute an employment contract.

I understand that no employee or representative of Olga's Bakery & Cafe, other than its Owner & President, has the authority to change this agreement.
